    I recieved the grey one in a timely manner . . . but only the grey one. I sent a message to the store and they responded immedietly and sent the pink one which I received in about 2 weeks. it was painless to fix the issue but I read other reviews and other people had the same issue. So if you get the two pack, be prepared to send a message and wait again for the second cup. Aside from this scammy inconvienence, the cups are really nice. Oh, and the packaging of my grey one (the first one) was horrible and dented. The second one I complained about was beautifully packaged.

    Product is nice. More pastelated/lighter colors. Unfortunately, just like many others mentioned, just one cup arrived. Ironically, it’s always the pink one missing. Wrote to store to ask what we can do to sort things out, never replied. Had to open a dispute. As a suggestion to seller, maybe wrap both cups in one parcel. It’s a little more hustle but safer this way.

    Nice product. Only flaw is that the gold colour is not nicely put on the handle. Otherwise beautiful! Very well packaged, I don’t think it would be possible for them to break in transit.
