BBQ ideas only real pros and cooks know about
It’s September; we must take advantage of the weather, and what better way to do that than hosting a fun BBQ for our loved ones. I show you different ways to cook meat, make delicious kebabs, and other tasty dishes on the BBQ grill.
If you’re struggling to get a fire going, you can make easy DIY fire starters using water and newspapers.
When you prepare any meat outside, it tends to get dry – especially patties. To stop that from happening, place an ice-cube in your patty’s middle to help it come out juicier. You can do something similar with salmon. To prevent it from sticking on the grill racks, place a few lemon slices on the rack and then add your salmon on top.
